Little River, SC – At least 11 people were taken to hospitals after a shooting on Sunday night in a city in Beach in South Carolina, authorities said.
Horry County Police did not give the conditions of anyone injured or detailed how they were injured in the incident, which happened around 9:30 pm in Little River.
The researchers were receiving reports that more people arrived at the hospital in private vehicles, said Horry County Police on social networks.
Approximately 90 minutes after the shooting, the police described him as an isolated incident and said there is no risk to the community. They did not publish any information about possible suspects or what led to shooting.
The shooting occurred around a boat spring near the intracoastal river.
The video of the scene showed dozens of police cars and ambulances that entered and left the area.
A North Myrtle Beach police officer who responded to the shooting accidentally fired in the leg in a sports port for about 3 miles (5 kilometers) away and is in the hospital in a stable state, said North Myrtle Beach spokesman Beach, Lauren Jessie.
Little River is about 20 miles (32 kilometers) northeast of Myrtle Beach.
