Tallahassee, Florida – A man accused of fatally shooting two people and wounding another six during a shooting last month at Florida State University was discharged from a Tallahassee hospital on Monday and accused of murder, authorities said.
Phoenix Ikner, 20, was admitted to the Leon County Detention Center for two first -degree murder positions and seven charges of first degree murder attempt, the first degree, the Leon County Sheriff Office He said in a statement. He was then transferred to a prison in the neighboring Wakulla County, which is a standard procedure when an inmate is related to a deputy from Leon County.
